What you get
A highlight reel made from the clips you share, in the package you chose (Basic or Spotlight, up to 10, 20 or 30 plays), delivered as an MP4 file and an unlisted YouTube link.
Payment
After you order we send you a payment request by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App. We start work once it is paid.
When you get it
Your reel will be ready within 5 days of your clips arriving. If the link doesn't open or the clips are missing, the 5 days start when we can reach them.
Changes
One round of changes is included. Send them in one email after you've watched the reel.
Refunds
Refunds go back the way you paid. You get a full refund any time before we start work on your reel. Once the reel has been delivered there are no refunds.
Your footage and your song
By ordering you confirm that you are the player's parent or guardian or have their permission, and that you have the right to share the videos and photos you send us.
You choose the song. YouTube, Instagram and other platforms sometimes mute or block videos that use copyrighted songs. If that happens, the MP4 is still yours to keep and share.
